The New Zealand Women & Girls in Rugby System Strategy 2023-2033 (the W&G Strategy) is a set of guiding principles and a roadmap of focus areas and prioritised building blocks, designed to deliver successful and sustainable engagement of women and girls across the wider rugby community over a 10-year period.

Rugby organisations use the strategy as a basis for preparing their own specific Action Plans, setting out their planned progress towards the strategy’s stated outcomes.
