Features of the appointments are: Nika Amashukeli becoming the first Georgian to referee at a World Cup, while Ireland's Joy Neville is the first woman to officiate in her role as a TMO.
England referee Wayne Barnes, who has controlled a world record 102 Tests, will officiate in his fifth World Cup.
